Deliveries & Returns
Delivery
All orders will be with you within 2 weeks.
Your order usually has a turn-around time of 3-4 working days until you receive your tracking number to confirm your order is en route.
At checkout, you will be given the following shipping options:
FedEx Economy (Mexico) - Free
Fedex International Economy (Rest of World) - 20 USD
FedEx International Priority (Rest of World) - 40 USD
All import duties & taxes are covered by 101%. You should not be charged extra when receiving your shipment.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at actforward@101p100.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can immediately evaluate the issue.
Exchanges
Once you contact us at actforward@101p100.com and your exchange has been accepted, your new item will be sent out once we receive the old item.
Refunds
Once a return has been received & the return approved, you will receive an email notifying you of the amount refunded to your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
