101% ships worldwide, using FedEx Economy & FedEx International Priority.
Your order usually has a turn-around time of 3 working days when you will then receive your tracking number to confirm your order is en route.
At checkout, you will be given the following shipping options:
FedEx Economy (Mexico) - Free Shipping & Returns
Fedex International Economy (Rest of World) - 20 USD
FedEx International Priority (Rest of World) - 40 USD
All import duties & taxes are covered by 101%. You should not be charged extra when receiving your shipment.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at actforward@101p100.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receiving your return, we will refund the product price. Shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
101% does not manage exchanges. Please return your order and place a new order to guarantee the availability of your item.
Refunds
Once a return has been received & the return approved, you will receive an email notifying you of the amount refunded to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Please also remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
